BRIAN MOCK – Political Prisoner Of War

We have recently received a 2nd written letter from Political Prisoner Brian Mock, currently detained pretrial in the Washington DC Jail.  He has specifically requested that C.A.P.P. (Citizens Against Political Persecution, INC) publish this letter, and circulate it to the American People.

This is his words:

“Why do you American’s hold your Constitution as though it’s some sacrosanct document?”, I was asked by my therapist the last time I saw her, just 2 weeks before my arrest. I was explaining why the FBI was investigating me and preparing her for my possible arrest.  “We have a Constitution but we don’t treat it like Americans do”, she continued.

I smiled as I chuckled, the way one does who’s in the know of an inside joke. She was born, raised and educated in Canada, before moving here as an adult, running her practice in Minneapolis, where she specializes in trauma therapy. She still refers to herself as Canadian and I get the impression that while she lives here, she is simultaneously viewing America as though it’s an aquarium she’s visiting at the zoo – in it but not of it. I started seeing her to help cope with the effects of the trauma I experienced on Jan 6, when I was attacked by the police and watched the brutal attacks of multiple other peaceful protestors. This and the year of constant fear mongering perpetuated by politicians and the mainstream media left me looking for tools to cope with previously unknown stress and anxiety that I wanted to provide for my 4 boys, who have no doubt experienced some level of trauma at the hands of adults who should behave better.

“Well…”, I began. “Many countries have a Constitution but ours is different. See, ours was written by the first American Patriots and to be an American is to be a rebel, a fighter and a lover of freedom. The Constitution wasn’t the first document used to govern our country, nor was Washington our first President. Most people don’t realize that the very act of creating our Constitution in 1787 was an act of treason, abolishing the Articles of Confederation and casting off a second form of government in just over a decade. So, still fresh from their rebellion with Britain, they re-created a United States government in an attempt to hold power yet dissuade tyranny by creating 3 branches of government and a series of checks and balances.”

“Yes, I get all that,” she interjected, ” but that’s all politics and history. Why do people act and feel the way they do about a piece of paper?”

I smiled, again, before answering, “That was just the background. Here’s the heart of the answer. The men who created that document were both horribly flawed and great men. See, they created a document that was malleable. So, just two years later they realized they needed to add something that they figured initially went without saying because to them it was common sense. They added Civil Liberties to the Constitution in the form of 10 Amendments because they saw the writing on the wall. They saw that no matter how good a form of government they created, with all the checks and balances, that without specific protections to the individual, those basic, God given, common sense rights were at jeopardy.

They did so because they foresaw this exact moment in time almost a quarter of a millennium ago. They knew that no matter how fair and balanced they envisioned their creation, that someday, given enough time, that power and politics would eventually fully corrupt the system. One day the Legislative and Executive branches would use the Judicial branch as a weapon to attack those they deemed political enemies and/or a threat. So, a man or a group of men would one day be arrested on fraudulent charges, for political reasons. They would be tossed in a cell, persecuted, robbed of all they owned, denied Due Process, Civil Rights, be abused, named an enemy of the State and completely silenced. The reason Americans hold the Constitution in such high esteem, akin to a religious text, is because when that day comes, as it appears it may for me, that faded document, faith and the truth is all a man needs to ensure his freedom.

The Civil Rights in that document are the cornerstone of our judicial system, our society and our very way of life. They ensure our liberty. They are so important that no matter what crime a person is accused of or the proof of his guilt, that a violation of any one of those rights is considered so egregious that it will render his crime moot and set him free.

In that manner, no matter what power the US Government as a whole, as a branch, as an agency or as an individual may have – it is inferior to that of the individual citizen. It’s the first form of government that puts the individual and Civil Liberties above those who govern. It’s the greatest nonreligious text ever written, and it’s ours. It’s what our soldiers and politicians swear an oath to and it’s what millions of Americans have found and died to protect. It’s why I left my 4 boys and drove a thousand miles to stand in the cold one January day with a group of a million plus American Patriots. Collectively, we came from all across the country, united, to stand at the doorstep of a building that housed our Representatives, a body rife with corruption and tyranny. We came there to stand together in the face of tyranny to support the few brave Representatives who had pledged to do the same. We stood to remind them that they represent WE THE PEOPLE and that we have had enough. They have been weighed, measured and found lacking. They have become despots and despotism despises nothing so much as righteousness in it’s victims.

In response, we were attacked by their storm troopers. We were beaten, kicked, punched, shot at with bullets, OC spray, grenades, tear gas and more. They targeted women and the elderly in an attempt to instigate a response from the otherwise peaceful crowd. Members of alt-left groups and government agents were disguised in the crowd causing and encouraging violence.

In the aftermath the media, politicians, police, DOJ, FBI, and other agencies lied completely about what happened, creating a false narrative that has been propagated to this day. They have deemed innocent, average Americans as traitors, insurgents, terrorists, racists, etc. They have demonized people, arrested them and persecuted them. Yet, they will have to be tried publicly, by a jury, with the entire world watching and armed only with the truth and that faded document. So you will see why we Americans hold the Constitution as almost a sacrosanct document when that day comes and they are set free.”

“Oh…I see,” she whispered in response. I smiled to myself, knowing she probably never would quite get it. She’s extremely intelligent, well educated and accomplished but she doesn’t feel American. We as Americans, whether we were born here or fled here and fully embraced our freedom, get it, like an inside joke and we’re in the know.

And so, I find myself 6 months later, exactly in the position I described to her. I’m a little worse for wear than I anticipated, far more abused and persecuted than I imagined but more or less, almost prophetically, right in the situation I described.

I write this from solitary confinement, the worst punishment that a prison can legally dole out to an inmate. I’m in here because the DC Jail is corrupt and it’s employees are allowed to abuse inmates and deprive them of their Civil Rights. It is done with such flagrance and arrogant impunity that it is truly astounding to behold. They even have policies in place that specifically violate Federal and International law. It is done with the full knowledge of the Warden, politicians, media, citizens and the entire judicial system.

Since being illegally detained in the DC jail starting on 8/23, I have been subjected to literally hundreds of Civil Rights violations. They have all been swept under the rug. I’ve been assaulted three times by ranking officers and twice I’ve been fraudulently charged with “violations”. The most recent fake charges on 11/11/21, include a criminal charge of ” inciting to riot”, even though no riot or an attempted riot occurred. The assaults against me have either stemmed from me standing up to attempt to procure my Constitutionally protected rights or from me standing up against racist guards. Shortly after arriving here, I stood up to racist crew of sadistic guards who were attempting to lynch a black man, which would have been their second homicide and 3rd attempted homicide in 2 weeks. As a result, I was called a hero by my fellow black inmates and targeted for retribution by my racist and sadistic captors. All internal complaints and investigations into those incidents were ignored or held open, with no resolution to this day.

On 11/11, I staged a peaceful protest on my own, the second in approximately a month, to gain, amongst other things, my full Discovery, access to a computer, printer, copier and legal books, etc. I was compelled to represent myself Pro Se because of the glaring inadequacies in my court appointed lawyer, mostly his insistence that I plead guilty and his insistence that at some point, he’d “fight like hell” after he was done trying to get me a plea deal I didn’t want. I guess I naively thought a lawyer  should fight like hell or at least with a modicum of fervor from day one to prove my innocence. As my own attorney, I have nobody to stand up for me so I’m forced to make a stand on my own, against my captors constant violations of my Civil Rights and Due Process.

So, as I stood with papers in one hand, asking officers to let me speak with a Captain, I was assaulted and sprayed with OC spray repeatedly. I walked away from my attackers and the officers followed, filling the entire housing unit with so much spray that they themselves were overcome by it and 2 of my fellow political prisoners collapsed inside their locked cells, unable to breathe. They were wheeled out of the cell and received emergency medical treatment.

I was allowed to wash out my eyes but I was thrown in solitary confinement and left in a cell for almost 5 days before I was able to wash all the OC spray off my body. Since 11/11, I have been out of my cell, in a shower, a tiny locked day room or a small outdoor cell for recreation for a total of approximately 6 hours. Every word of the officers statement in the “charges” against me is a lie, among which are the claim they only shot one spritz of OC spray for less than a second and that the entire incident was about me defying a mask policy and urging others to do the same. This is ridiculous and an utter lie, used to hide yet another assault by racist, sadistic and criminal officers. I have over 40 witnesses, 3 body cams and CCTV footage to prove all of their lies.

That’s probably why I haven’t had a hearing yet. By their rules, they have 7 business days to have a hearing or the charges are dropped. Those 7 days has come and gone and yet here I sit. They will, no doubt, hold me in here longer to punish me for speaking out for my rights and to deter others from doing the same. I’ll file grievances, stage some form of peaceful protest and no doubt get assaulted and unjustly punished again. What other choice do I have, though? Do I just comply, let them get away with it, tuck my tail and accept the plea deal the government wants me to take? I’ll take the abuse. I don’t mind. The harder they try to silence me and frighten me into compliance, the more my resolve strengthens and the bolder I become!

The same can by said of the DOJ, Prosecution, politicians, media, etc. The more they try to persecute us, the more horrible lies they say, and the more they try to cover up the truth –  the more we strengthen our resolve to expose the truth and shine a light on all the fraud in our cases and the entire Jan 6 narrative! I have overwhelming proof of the fraud in both. As much as the DOJ has tried to silence me and intimidate me into pleading guilty to lies, it has not stopped me from filing a 43 page hand-written motion to dismiss my indictment.

At my most recent status hearing, I was granted a new hearing at noon on 12/6, my second son’s 13th birthday. I was assured by my judge that he will hear a bond motion I’m preparing, as well as my motion to dismiss, and a second motion to dismiss that I’m drafting now. For the first time, the courts and the public will be exposed to the truth about Jan 6 and presented a new narrative, one far different than the false one propagated by the mainstream media at the behest of the DOJ and politicians. I will be able to present previously unseen videos to the court and prove that the entirety of my case is built on fraud.

God willing, the judge will see the truth and do the right thing, dismissing this case and dealing a blow to the politically-weaponized DOJ and Intelligence Community. Hopefully we can see justice done. I would prefer to have an attorney represent me, but I simply don’t have the funds to do so.  We’ll see if what I told my therapist some 6 months ago is true. Is one man armed with only the truth, his faith and the US Constitution enough to defend himself against the full weight and might of the Federal government? Is the US Constitution still alive, albeit on life support? Or is this the moment where we stop pretending to ourselves and the world that civil liberties still exist in the US and we drive the final nail in the coffin of the US Constitution?

This isn’t grandstanding or an exaggeration. This isn’t hyperbole, political speech or some legal posturing. These Jan 6 cases are the most important legal cases of our generation. America better be watching. America better care. Americans must demand honesty, transparency and justice. The sum total of what our forefathers feared and attempted to prevent has occurred. I am a political prisoner – plain and simple! My entire case is built on fraud. If I am found guilty, America loses, regardless of what anyone thinks about me or my political beliefs. Me and my brothers and sisters, all us Jan 6 political prisoners need help. We have been all but abandoned. The outpouring of prayers, letters and financial help has been humbling beyond measure and a great blessing but now – right now! – we need action! Organize! Speak out! Demand the truth! Practice your Constitutional rigRts to assembly and free speech! Fight for FREEDOM! Demand JUSTICE for Jan 6!!

We were but the first victims of this new regime and the forces of a weaponized DOJ and the Intelligence Community has already set it’s sights on election officials and parents who advocate for their children. This Fascist, Totalitarian, Oligarchy that the Democrats have ushered in under the nose of a weak and complicit Republican leadership is willing and able to attack any average American who doesn’t walk and speak in line with it’s radical left, globalist ideologies that in less than a year has wreaked havoc upon our economy, communities and families.

You must speak out and fight back! Were the only one’s willing to do so already arrested and silenced? If not you, who?! If not now, when?! Fight like your freedom depends on it because take me as an example, you can be arrested, persecuted, tossed in a cell and deemed a traitor and a radical at any time!! Do we collectively roll over and accept this, or will you answer the call? The flame of liberty is always but one generation away from being extinguished. Are we that generation?!?

God bless America and my fellow Patriots. Stay safe and good luck!

First Letter from Brian Mock…
https://capp.tpj6c.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/BrianMockLetter.mp3
  This is his words:

“If you find yourself reading these words, I ask of you two things: Read this in its entirety and when you do so, attempt to set aside any inherent bias, political, racial, religious, etc. and in doing so, keep an open mind. The following is but the tip of an iceberg, the beginning of a story that is nothing less than the biggest political scandal, conspiracy and cover-up in U.S. history. This is not a conspiracy theory. This is conspiracy fact! I personally do not put much, if any stock in virtually any conspiracy theory out there. I’m a pragmatist, a skeptic and a realist at heart. I’m not a follower of Qanon. I’m not a flat earther. I don’t believe in aliens or bigfoot. I’m a pretty average American, father of 4 amazing young men, a homeowner and for over a decade I have helped run a fairly successful lawn care/landscape/snow removal company in the Twin Cities.  If you told me a year ago that I’d be a pawn in a conspiracy, persecuted and a political prisoner, me and everyone who ever met me would laugh hysterically. Life it seems is not without a sense of humor and irony. I suppose if fate doesn’t make you laugh, you just don’t get the joke.

“I would like to thank the DOJ for attempting to ruin my life, lie about me, bring fraudulent charges against me, hide evidence proving my innocence and in short persecuting me. You probably read that as a sentence dripping with sarcasm and 3 months ago, it would have been. However, as I sit today, incarcerated in Washington D.C., a political prisoner of the U.S. government, I assure you that my heart is filled with gratitude for all the wrongs and crimes committed against me. This brief letter can’t possibly encompass my entire story. That story will be told one day, in its entirety and I assure you the message and miracles contained within it will be worth the read. Mine is a story of unconditional love, faith and redemption, found in the most unlikely of places, under the most unlikely of circumstances. Never would I have thought, sitting alone in a dark, sweltering jail cell, having lost my reputation, dignity, livelihood, worldly possessions, two dogs, friends, family and 4 boys, that I would cheerfully give thanks and pray for those responsible for my plight. Honestly, just the act of praying would have been highly unlikely.

“That story is for another time. The reason you are reading this is to find out about the 5 months I’ve been a political prisoner, transferred from Minnesota, to Oklahoma, to Pennsylvania and finally to D.C. because of my minor role in the events at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. No doubt you already have an opinion about me and you probably just had an emotional and possibly a physical reaction to simply reading “Jan 6”. I understand. I don’t blame you or judge you for any reaction. I ask you to pause, let it pass and attempt to do what I asked initially; set aside your bias, keep an open mind and keep reading.

“That being said, please think about everything you have seen, read or heard concerning Jan 6. Consider what it would mean for the country and the world if all of it was a lie. This isn’t some hypothetical question. What if the politicians, media, law enforcement, DOJ, etc. all lied and are hiding the truth about Jan 6? How would you feel if you were presented with undeniable proof that you had been lied to, deceived and manipulated by those of power and influence who are supposed to be honest? Would you be shocked, outraged, hurt, confused and/or scared? Now imagine being kidnapped, ripped out of your life, called an insurgent, traitor, terrorist, racist and worse. Imagine being the focus of a highly organized and convincing con job, perpetrated by politicians, law enforcement, the DOJ, who use the media to smear your name, convict you in the court of public opinion, in an attempt to scare you into pleading guilty to their trumped up charges. Now imagine you have the proof they are lying, proof you are innocent but you have been persecuted, denied due process, all of your civil rights, any ability to defend yourself, effectively silenced and are already being punished for crimes you didn’t commit. I don’t have to imagine it, me and over 40 of the men incarcerated with me are actively living it 24/7.

“I won’t delve into the litany of abuses, beatings, threats, assaults, solitary confinement, deprivation of medical care, etc. At another time I’ll address how me and my brothers have been spit on, had urine, feces and worse thrown at us. One day I’ll tell how I risked life and limb to stand up to racist guards who were abusing a fellow inmate. Being cheered by dozens of Black inmates who called me a hero, a white shining light and said they had never seen a White guy stand up for a Black man like that simultaneously filled me with pride, guilt and sorrow beyond measure. No, those events are part of a greater story for another time.

“What’s relevant here is that I was compelled to dismiss my court appointed attorney who was not representing my best interests. Quite the opposite, he was actively working against me, due, I feel, to his political beliefs. So, he was fired and now I represent myself pro se. I was able to finally convince my jailers to move me into the housing unit where the rest of the Jan 6’ers are held, men I greatly respect. In almost all ways, they are stronger, more honorable, more accomplished and all around better men than I am. I am humbled whenever one of them refers to me as brother. It was just a few hours after I met these men, when I received a package from my former attorney that would change everything.

“Receiving any kind of Discovery in this unit is cause for celebration. Not one of the over 40 men here have seen all of their discovery. Most have seen very little. Far too many have been denied access to a single piece of their discovery. I have seen and currently have access to less than 1% of my discovery. The Prosecution, jail and DOJ are actively conspiring to keep the truth, not only from the public but also the accused. I have been denied access to phones, computer, copier, printer, my standby counsel, law library, legal material of any kind, etc. It took me over a month of begging and filing complaints to receive a pen and paper.

“So, that first night I dived into 850 pages of evidence, ravenously reading, shocked, enraged and horrified as I began to comprehend the truth in front of me. What I was given was 33 DOJ reports of alleged US Capitol Police misconduct on Jan 6. The reports were numbered 2-50, yet conveniently, the DOJ left out 17 reports and I later learned withheld subsequent batches of 50 reports. There are at least hundreds of reports they didn’t disclose to me. Based on what was provided, I can guess why. The truth in those missing reports that the DOJ is intentionally hiding, is no doubt so damning that they refuse to make them available to defendants or the public.

“What I did read, I dissected and organized into a 43 page motion to dismiss my indictment in its entirety. I did so by hand, in triplicate, in 10 days. I spent the next 2 weeks fighting with the jail to mail it certified to the Courts and Prosecution. They finally did and after almost 2 weeks I have heard nothing. In that motion is the true accounting of what happened on Jan 6 and not the false narrative propagated by the media, politicians, DOJ, law enforcement, etc.

“You’ll read, in officer’s own words, how the entire false narrative of Jan 6 was disseminated hours before any protest or any violence took place. You’ll read about officers purposefully being reassigned and removed from Capitol grounds. You’ll read about officers admitting to attacking peaceful protestors and being just seconds away from opening fire on an unarmed crowd. You’ll read about dozens upon dozens of officers abandoning their perimeter post, where they were supposed to inform protestors that the grounds were closed, to instead, rush to the West Terrace, an ambush point and predetermined location of attack. Law enforcement was guilty of insubordination, abandoning their posts, dereliction of duty, use of excessive force, which resulted in injury, destruction of property, a full blown riot and no less than 2 murders by police. You’ll read about law enforcement attacking peaceful protestors for hours, beating them, kicking them, spraying them, subjecting them to tear gas, explosives and shooting them with projectiles. The police, by their own admission, created a war zone. In my discovery and in my motion, you will read a quote from a USCP officer who states, “we are responsible for this due to the Department’s breakdown on every level here.”

“I cannot do the motion justice in a brief synopsis. Again, the motion itself, as unbelievably damning as it is, barely scratches the surface. The truth, as we are learning, is far more insidious. The FBI and other agencies were involved in setting up innocent US citizens and creating violence.  Politicians were involved as well and for directing the subsequent cover-up. The DOJ is responsible for burying the truth and bringing fraudulent charges against innocent Americans at the behest of politicians. We need your help, your voice and we need you to act! Demand the truth be heard! Demand the innocent be freed! Demand justice for Jan 6!

“If you would like to help, please write and call your representatives relentlessly. Organize and practice your 1st Amendment rights. If you are compelled to help your fellow patriots, all of us are struggling financially, some more than others. I am putting together a legal fund to try to hire an attorney. Please visit givesendgo.com/freebrianmock Any donation or prayer is a blessing to me and my children.”
